Champagne ROY SOLEIL GRAND CRU

... A champagne of spirit
To pay homage to our Wine of Kings and King of the Wines, We launch our new cuvee Roy Soleil.


This wine is a pure Chardonnay from Le Mesnil aged in new oak ("demi-muid of 600 litres - a traditional Champagne barrel).
30% of the cuvee is aged in oak, the reste is aged in stainless steel tanks.
the aromas of oak are well balanced and stay fine and elegant.

Origin:
The wine is from the harvest 2005 (30%) and 2006 (70%) from Mesnil grapes.
The bottle is engraved by a nice blazon GRAND CRU for the first time in Champagne, launch by la maison Gonet.

Wine notes:
It shows fresh and nice aromas. The strength is given by the grapes of Le Mesnil, very mineral, as well as the aromatic maturation in oak very rich. The aromas are very power full like the "grandeur "of the King Louis XIV

A nice cuvee to discover with a Sabayon of lobster.
