Origin
This non-vintage Champagne is the authentic style of the house. This pure chardonnay is remarkably fine. It is also from the harvest 2005 (30%) and 2006 (70%). The chardonnay are coming from the Côte des Blancs (50%) and Montgueux (50% - The Grand Cru in the Aube)
Pierre Gonet tried to have a smooth Chardonnay not to dry and with a nice brioche taste.

Wine notes
Fresh with a good structure from the Côte des Blancs .and with a nice fresh butter taste as well. It could really match with a light meal or with seafood like scallops or prawns. It is the Champagne of the family for any occasion.
