The
traditional press machines can press until 4000 kg of grapes. They are
dating from 1966. The woods are made out of solid oak and the metal is
painted with a special alimentary paint. For the Champagne Method, this
press is the must for the quality. It respect the grapes and crush it slowlyr. It let the juice out without destroy the aromas. This method is much longer but you can get much more aromas extraction. Each year, they are precisely verified to be at the highest of their skills. We have received the award of the « Agrément qualitatif » from the CIVC (Centre Interprofessionnel des Vins de Champagne) in 1997. |
